Richard has worked in all boys, all girls and co-educational schools as well as The Australian International School in Singapore.

Richard is an accredited coach through Growth Coaching International and had previous roles working with the International Baccalaureate Organisation as a school evaluator and workshop leader specialising in the Primary Years Programme.

Richard has a passion for boys’ education and sees MBBC’s many natural and flexible learning environments as a great opportunity for boys to grow and develop into fine young men.
