Starting a new adventure

Our formal entry years are Pre-Prep, Prep, Year 5 and Year 7. However, we do accept enrolments for all year levels depending on availability of places

Pre-Prep

Pre-Prep

The Pre-Prep Programme is a full-time, co-educational, Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Programme based at Moreton Bay College. It offers the magic of early learning through purposeful inquiry and a caring and supportive community for families. Pre-Prep is a stepping stone to Prep at either Moreton Bay Boys’ College or Moreton Bay College. Whilst the Moreton Bay Colleges will continue to be leaders in single-sex education from Prep to Year 12; a mixed-gender model for Pre-Prep is best practice for children aged 3 to 4.

Year 7

Year 7

Starting at Moreton Bay Boys’ College in Year 7 is common for many of our students. Independence, interdependence and self-motivation are promoted through an inquiry-based curriculum. We provide a learning environment that is supportive and productive. Students are challenged and supported to develop deep levels of thinking and apply this to the world around them, connecting their learning beyond the classroom into the community.
