Local native animals became characters in a story through painting and printmaking after students explored different ways that stories can be told in a visual way. Moreton Bay and the surrounding islands and mainland Brisbane areas set the scene for a composition using either a Warm or Cool colour scheme to identify land and water based animals and their habitats.
